We prove a priori estimates in Cinfty(R) for non-local operator Lx comparable to R^d fractionnal Laplacian in terms of symbols, α ∈ (0, 2). We require that when Lx is replaced by the classical Rd -Laplacian. Such estimates were only known for α = 2. This is one of the first results on Lp estimates for degenerate non-local operators under Hormander type conditions.
